Ethical and Social Commitment

On this, its tenth edition, the Salone del Franchising e del Commercio Innovativo (Franchising and Innovative Trade Expo) intends to highlight its ethical commitment through the initiatives undertaken by the Frorida 2 organisation.

The first is the new edition of the Premio Consumabile prize, with the second Convention on Distribuzione Responsabile (Convention on Responsible Retail). The Prize and Convention are an important occasion for the retail and franchising systems to talk about themes concerning corporate social responsibility. An opportunity to talk about the very latest policies on the cutting edge, but also to recognise - through the Premio Consumabile – the role and the hard work of those who have already established important programmes as part of Corporate Social Responsibility.

The second initiative of the Salone del Franchising e del Commercio Innovativo and Frorida 2 is part of an aid project. Partnership with the International Friends of Children Association (AiBi) will give rise to a series of projects which – before, during and after the Expo – will make an important contribution to alleviating the emergency of child abandonment.
